From Dallas to Bend, Oregon
Paula Van Vleck began her commercial real estate career in Dallas, Texas, in the early ’80’s, working for a retail management and leasing company called the Tara Group. She remained with the company until her move to Bend, Oregon, in 1994.
During her real estate career, Paula has specialized in retail leasing, shopping center development, and sales. She has participated in retail brokerage from all different sides of the business, including tenant representation, lease negotiation, site selection for tenants, consulting with developers on the development of shopping centers, commercial property sales, overseeing tenant improvements, and working with various municipalities in the development process.
Paula works with local, regional, and national tenants, and has been instrumental in bringing a number of such tenants to Bend.
